Privacy Policy — PT Online Pro
Last updated: 14 July 2026
This privacy policy describes how powerapps.ai ("we", "us", "our")
handles information when you use the PT Online Pro mobile and web
application (package / bundle id org.powerapp.workout, the "App").
1. Who we are
Developer / publisher: powerapps.ai
App name (store listing): PT Online Pro
Package id: org.powerapp.workout
Contact e-mail: leovu2022@gmail.com
We are the data controller for the limited data the App collects. Google (Firebase, AdMob, Play Billing, Health Connect / Fit where used, and cloud AI), Apple (App Store billing, HealthKit where used), and similar platform providers act as data processors for the services they provide.
2. What stays on your device
- Workout profile (age, goals, equipment, injuries, and similar inputs you enter)
- Generated and revised workout plans, daily progress, notes, and meal / calorie logs
- Optional body photos used for planning context (stored on-device; not uploaded to our servers)
- Health metrics you authorize from Apple Health / HealthKit or Google Health Connect / Fit, used locally in the App
We do not operate backend servers that receive or permanently store your body photos or raw Health samples for our own use.
3. Information we access or collect
3.1 Health Data
PT Online Pro is a general fitness and wellness planning App (not a medical device and not medical advice). With your permission, it may access Health Data, including:
- Body measurements (for example weight)
- Activity and workout summaries (steps, energy burned, exercise minutes)
- Heart rate or related vitals when available and authorized
Purpose: personalize workout plans and daily tracking inside the App. We do not sell Health Data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not upload raw Health samples to our own servers. You can revoke Health access at any time in system Settings (Apple Health or Health Connect).
3.2 Anonymous usage analytics — Firebase Analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand which features are used and to improve the App. It may collect:
| Data | Purpose | Linked to identity? |
|---|---|---|
| App events (screen views, feature taps) | Improve UX | No |
| Approximate location (country / region, from IP) | Aggregate analytics | No |
| Advertising ID (AAID / IDFA where available) | Audience analytics | Pseudonymous |
| Device & OS info | Bucket analytics | No |
| App version, installer source | Release health | No |
| Crash & ANR signals | Stability monitoring | No |
We do not set custom user IDs or track precise GPS location through analytics.
3.3 Crash reports — Firebase Crashlytics
When the App crashes or hangs, Crashlytics may send a stack trace and minimal device state (model, OS version, app version, memory, locale). We never attach photos, Health samples, or personal profile content to crash reports.
3.4 Advertising — Google AdMob
Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect advertising ID, approximate location from IP, device info, and ad interaction events. Google’s ad policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Where required (for example EEA/UK), the App may show a consent form and a “Manage privacy choices” entry in Settings. Health Data is not used for ads.
3.5 Cloud AI features
Optional AI plan generation / revision may send the minimum profile text needed for your request to a cloud AI provider (such as Google Gemini). We do not use that content to build advertising profiles, and we do not store it on our own servers. Body photos and raw Health samples are not sent for AI generation.
3.6 In-app purchases and subscriptions
Optional Workout Pro / subscription purchases are processed by Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store. We never see your card details — only a receipt or purchase token to unlock features.
3.7 Optional account / cloud sync
If you sign in (for example with Google or Apple) and sync, we may store account identifiers and the App data you choose to sync with a cloud provider (such as Firebase) so you can restore progress across devices. You can sign out or request deletion via the contact e-mail below.
4. Permissions
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
INTERNET | Ads, analytics, subscriptions, AI features, optional sync |
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | Avoid unnecessary network calls when offline |
| Photo library / camera (system picker) | Optional body or meal photos |
| Health / Fitness (HealthKit, Health Connect) | Optional import of Health metrics you authorize |
| Notifications | Optional workout reminders you enable |
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly process data from children. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us and we will assist.
6. Where data is processed
Firebase, AdMob, Play Billing, App Store, Health platforms, and cloud AI services process data in regions where their providers operate, subject to their data protection terms (Firebase data processing terms).
7. How long we keep data
- Firebase Analytics: default 14-month retention, then aggregated.
- Crashlytics: default 90 days for individual crash reports.
- AdMob: per Google's ad data policies.
- On-device content and Health metrics: until you delete them, revoke Health access, or uninstall.
- Optional synced account data: until you delete it or request deletion.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have rights to access, delete, object to advertising processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us at the e-mail below. You can also:
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings
- Revoke Health permissions in system Settings
- Uninstall the App
- Use in-app Settings to manage ad consent where available
9. Security
Network traffic uses HTTPS. We do not store your body photos or raw Health samples on our own servers.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and update the “Last updated” date. Substantial changes may also appear in App release notes.
